Following is a list of the Greater Newark Chamber of Commerce Committees interested in working on any of the committees, please put a checkmak opposite the committee name.

q Ambassador Committee. Welcomes new businesses, set up ribbon cutting and chooding Business of the Month.
q Education and Workforce Development. Combined proojects, events and education work in conjunction with the school. i.e. RPO, Junior Achievement
q Fund Raising and Development. Fund Raising and spreading the word about the Chamber.
q Government Affairs. Committee identifies critical business issues and works with the Village/Town to create policy that benefits both the community and business.
q Leadership-Newark. Provide programs which prepare current and developing community leaders committed to shaping Newark’s future.
q Membership Committee. Update membership forms, and redesign the packet which is given to potential new members and solicit new members.
q SCORE Committee. Working with SCORE to set up a group here in Newark which would consult with business, old and new in Wayne County.
q Showcase Committee. Planning “Business After Hours” and any other social business events. |
